Another Christmas In The Trenches

We are getting old. Most of us don't even notice it. But yeah... We are getting old. Strange feeling when you know that it not as simple as it used to be. Not everyone has the same opportunities in life. Some have it easier then others. It is not their fault. If you have the means, then do it. Go for it. Take advantage of what has been bestowed upon you. It would be an insult for the ones who don't have such opportunities for you not to squeeze it for what its worth. You should not feel guilty for what you have, it is not your fault. In fact, you should feel lucky that in the randomness of life you are where you are. Just play the hand you got dealt, do your best... give'em hell and Holdfast, so that even in eternal emptiness you know that you went down with all flags flying! . As a great line from a movie once said... "What we do in life, echoes in eternity"

The Trial

So I got Subpoenaed this past week to testify on a case from work. Yeah... I know.. Pretty badass. The guy from the court came to my house and handed me the Subpoena attached with a $10.00 check(the lawyer's way of saying thanks for wasting my time). Feels more like an insult cause getting to aventura and back from west broward takes 1/4 tank and to fill my tank it takes $42. So technically he owes me .50$. Ill phone him about that later. Anyways, I had to be sworn in and testify for some "classified info" , all i can say is how hot the judge was. She was about 35, Long black hair, light skin, the rest was under the robe, but im guessing she was hot. I wonder if she can hold me in contempt of court for writing this ? That would be awesome. So anyways, she had an emergency during the trial ( I think it was a hearing) and had to postpone the case till November which im actually looking forward. Nothing hotter then women with power that look really good. P.S. Just for the record, going to court as a witness is a total waste of time, But we are a country of laws so i will always be glad to go. Yeah yeah. Shut up. E Pluribus Unum.

i dont understand how newspapers come up with shit to write all the time. I wonder if they have a room full of people just thinking shit up. Other then the news ofcourse. First of all, i would like to apologize to my readers (all six of you,lol) for being lazy and not writing. Second; i've had enough of holding back thoughts because of trying to not piss anyone off. It's just the way i think. I respect other people's opinions and thoughts, i would even fight for their voice to be heard no matter how stupid because that is what we do in America. I hope everyone can read these new articles objectively and think about the issues with out too much emotion. Im Losing my touch

The purpose of blogs is to be controversial right ? Well , that was my purpose anyways. I lost touch with my original idea of pissing people off. Well maybe not pissing them off, just getting them to look at the blog. Why ? You might ask. We walk around the city like it's ours. We have jobs and make money, deposit our checks and feel secure that our checkcards work. Till one day the bank makes a mistake and closes your account. Then everything turns cold and dark. Not even Total security protection will be useful. The Banks own you. We give them our money to hold and they charge us fees, then they sell our own money back to us at 30% rates through creditcards and loans. Like i said. The Banks Own you.

Your Probability To Be Alive

What are the probabilities of being alive ? Unthinkable... It's such an immense number that you could not comprehend it... Now factor in the Chaos Theory... That your parents meet by luck, and Grandparents and so forth... That you were the only one in the millions of others who actually fertilized the Egg before dying... You are alive.. And a Trillion are not... They could be... But aren't. You are. The number of your probability to be alive is immensely low, that makes life that much sweeter. One crazy world that we are EXTREMELY lucky to live in. Best thing you can do is live it to the fullest. I mean that. Extreme fullest. Because I can't guarantee that there is anything after this. Live it like there isn't, just in case there isn't. Of course fighting with someone seems to fit in the moment of anger... But if you consider our Extreme luck, you would find that being angry with someone you love is Epic-ly Stupid, like wise, if someone is being disturbing to your being... Let the person know, give em hell, don't take **** from no one. Ok enough, you may post now... If you want. I would love it if you posted. Four years have passed since the Attacks on New York , Washington and Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Today we face another catastrophe; The Katrina Aftermath. Even though Katrina's Aftermath is much bigger, more expensive, probably more lives lost and much more people suffered, it still doesn't compare to the Damage caused by a few cowards because in all it's wrath, Katrina was nature. It was hard to accept that Everything that happened on Sep11 was cause by Humans. It's sickening to know the hard fact that we kill ourselves like this. We are capable of Unthikable Success and Horrible trajedies. I just hope for the sake of our kind that we advance through this phase of ignorant extremism and fanatical "beliefs".

For The thrill of it!

That is why people cheat. I’m not condoning it. I know it’s wrong and hurtful, but in the end it does have some thrill to it. I know I must sound like a jerk, but if you disagree, you are being a Hypocrite. For The purpose of this post, I mean Cheating in premarital Relationships. I think most people hide the fact that they would like to cheat. The freedom to do whatever they wish. It is not about deliberately hurting the one you "love", it’s just about doing what you’re not supposed to. That is why young kids love to color outside the line. They know there’s something much better on the other Side (JM-song). In the end, you must decide what worth more to you… the “thrill” or your significant other. Katrina Hits Washington DC

First: I would like to thank all the Soldiers, Help Volunteers, Redcross Workers, and Police officers in the ground. You are the people that make it happen regardless of the politics

Second: Our governments' response is unbelievable. We are a nation capable of splitting atoms and reaching mars but we can't respond in time to a Warned, anticipated catastrophic event? This is unforgivable. Some people need to get fired right away in D.C. After four days of 90 degree heat, supplies and water start rolling in. I understand that the magnitude of the devastation is unprecedented, but that’s no excuse for four days! It took me 19 hours to drive from South Florida to New York City, im sure the National Guard could have done it in much less since the distance from neighboring Gulf States is much closer. The order was delayed for some reason. I don't want to hear that it was because of the flooding because they water is at the same level and they ARE arriving now. Im sick of politicians talking, Cons this Lib that... Mean while little kids dehydrate on National Television in the most powerful, wealthiest country on earth. Why do we pay taxes? I not saying everyone should go on welfare or ask for money, but in a situation like this... it is outrages that it takes so long for help to arrive. In the end, its uncoordinated management that fails. D.C. has to be trembling in the face of its Citizens.

A Tribute

I should really be saving this for a Fourth of July Posting, but i couldn't wait. I consider this one of the three most important documents along with the Magna Carta and the U.S. Constitution ever written by humans. The first Secular Republic Government in The Planet. This is the kind of Dessert everyone should have once in their life. It's BADASS, i Had it at MaiKai, it's a Polynesian Restaurant.. Even though its just CheeseCake, its worth it. This post was really meant to be about the "Pasta DaVinci" i had today at The Cheese Cake Factory, but i didn't take a picture of it, and since this picture came out good, i changed it. The Davinci Pasta is made with Madeira Wine Sauce... Taste even better that it sounds. I recomend it.

Well, Here i am again, posting in the Middle of Hurricane Katrina because i am bored. Satellite signal is weak and we lose it every 5 minutes, i wont make a big deal about it because it IS a hurricane so its obvious to lose signal. Im here to wish Gio Happy Birthday again. Glad to be part of your life, and may we celebrate many more Bdays in the years to come. I thought you might find this pic interesting ;P ... Well , got to go now, Hurricane is picking up speed again and my power will probably go out "Again." Katrina In Sight

Here comes the rain. Tropical Storm Katrina is on its way and i haven't filled up my tank of fuel. Which means that if there is any shortage, im going to be home for a while. For the record, People around the neighborhood seem normal. No one is putting up shutters or filling gas stations, except for palm beach where a friend reported that some stations are already packed. This storm seems weak compared to others in the past, but nevertheless, its aleady named. Any storm that has it's own name deserves some respect... The pic you see is what can happen when low budget malls dont replace their sprinkler systems in time the lines rupture. Here we are wasting water with a storm on the way, Ironic huh?... This has been a sad week. I guess its only right to end it with a Hurricane. Thanks for listening and stay safe. "Don't Drink and Drive" (cliche) until its personal , then it turns Real, very real. Why We Are All Here We May Never Know

is it fair to say that life is unfair ? Yes. It doesn't hurt you until it's personal. Until that problem, pain or unease is personally attacking you without a chance to understand what is going on. Why ? that's the question we all want to know, of course no one knows and probably no one ever will. In the greater scheme of things we are a fraction of a second on this third rock from the sun, but to all of us, it's relative. We might be a fraction of a second to Geology but to us it's eternity. Some of us go into complete denial to hide the painful thruth. Some deal with it very well. One thing is clear, it hurts and no matter what anyone says, it always will. I can't imagine the pain when it's personal. In the mean time, if you have something to say, say it now... I know it sounds like a cliche but it's a good one and for a good reason. Mark Twain said it best ~ "Try to live so that when you die, even the undertaker will be sorry."

The Begining Of Things To Come

What a concept huh ?, well i've been looking for a small spot on the web to post my genius thoughts ( i know, i know ... modest) about all kinds of subjects. Just for everyones information, my goal with this is to fix the world, Solve Palestinian- Israeli conflict, stop terrorism, and save a few whales along the way with out having to hug a tree or interrupt my long drives on my diesel truck. As you can see , im trying to immitate all other blogs by beeing witty! but at least im honest about it. besides, this is my first post, i am allowed.
