Second: Our governments' response is unbelievable. We are a nation capable of splitting atoms and reaching mars but we can't respond in time to a Warned, anticipated catastrophic event? This is unforgivable. Some people need to get fired right away in D.C. After four days of 90 degree heat, supplies and water start rolling in.
